Flash wasn't made for long videos, it was made for simple vector graphic animations, like
anything on newgrounds. You should really try doing a webm (low video size, normal audio size or
mpeg 4 (low video size, low audio size)

you could make a new file and put the video in as low resolution and centered, even give it a
dark background so it's easy to watch. audio, as always, will use up a lot of data space.
