Too much is left up to chance imo.
Like, by what arbitrary rule can some space be worth up to 3 dice, but others aren't worth any?
Why aren't we allowed to distribute the dice ourselves?
Good game, but I had some minor frustrations with it.

whoever starts first gets like a %40 advantage, so if you dont play 1 vs 1 its not really fair

This game is easy. I win a good 80% of the time, even if I start last with 8 players. Pick a
board where you have a space which is close to (or in) a corner and has at least 1 more dice than
properties surrouding it so the AI will not attack it. Next, work on connecting spaces to that
corner. The number of dice you get at the end of your turn is equal to the number of contiguous
spaces you have connected, distributed randomly. Using this strategy, you will always last until
3 colours remain. From there on, it's just luck and which colour has the better corner(s) since
in end-game, every colour will have their own corner. A good corner is one which is not connected
to many spaces.

the AI is further busted by attacking only you at the endgame

I think you mean "biased."

The AI is kind of funky, in that early on, it'll be everyone against everyone else. When one side
gets more territory then others, everyone gangs up on it. Usually about 4rd or 5th round. A
couple of things to remember to help win, if an opposing side has more stuff spread out, try and
force a split. If you can keep it cut in half, that means it has to split it's allocations among
non linked points.
One thing I hate is the game fucking CHEATS like a motherfuck. I can't tell you how many times
I've seen it plow through stuff of equal value, and nothing stops it, and when I try the same
thing, I keep getting *dink*
