There other people using your ISP. That global IP address that you are using is the same as

Yeah, OP, you should switch your wifi connection to WEP, if you're using your own wifi and not
mooching off of someone else's. Srsly though, if you haven't done anything you should really try
switching into a secure connection.
If ya don't, ya may have to change your IP (reset your router), or you may have to end up using a
proxy.
