  Wait... what?

So... what made him going flying into the outer reaches of the atmosphere and back?

Didn't you notice how it was all upside down for him at the end? And it doesn't have to follow
  science anyway, it's a cartoon.

These 'CCC-Related' animations seem to be vaguely anti-establishment, but I'll be damned if I can
pick a message out of them beyond "ZOMG teenz breaking t3h oppressive lawl!"

The key is his shoes. It's a reinterpretation of the Icarus myth.

it's not that they're anti-establishment so much as they're about a city that's filled with
rouges, thieves, scalawags, miscreants, and the like. the only real laws are set by those who are
willing to loosely enforce them, namely guards and bounty hunters. basically, CCC's the sort of
place where individuals can have some awesome adventures almost too easily, in a vibrant,
colorful city that can change with the wind, as people and even buildings can be destroyed in the
  wake of reckless experiences.

tldr; it's the sort of city that most RPG's can only dream of.

Always wanted to run a game in a place like CCC.

At any point, I love Vinnies way to tell a story.

Could've been the lorentz force based repulsion unit reacting agains the O'Neill cylinder's
  superconducting magnetic energy storage system.

Actually this might be a little accurate, I think they taken the coriolis effect(Which one would
experience in a rotating space colony) into account.

Interesting... but the three most likely candidates for 'CCC' acronyms that I've found refer to
infamous hacker organizations or gatherings. I wonder if that casts a different light on the
whole "adventures in a vibrant, colorful city" thing.

>> [_] Anonymous 09/03/09(Thu)23:33 No.1063836

Well this .swf is definitely art. Probably not the kind of art you're thinking of, but the kind
where it's got people (namely Anon's ITT) interpreting and analyzing it. Much like I do with
  Tarkovsky films.

  *applauds*

i can't say i know much about hacking, so i suppose that's as good as any other explanation for
the name. and since I can only catch one in ten words in conversational Spanish, i'm not going to
try delving through his website to find out.
I've also heard, among other things, that he's a big supporter of immigration day, as referenced
  here: http://en.allexperts.com/e/v/vi/vinnie_veritas.htm

vinnie's links to) is down for the moment, but i'm sure it's easy enough to google. it's better
  than i expected!
