revised crash physics still no enemy fire

What revised crash physics?
I think the hit boxes are a little too large. Most shooters go for a so-called 80% hitbox - that
is, it's 80% the size of the sprite of the ship. Why? Because most such ships have wings and tail
- stuff that, if hit, wouldn't kill the ship. Why do I suggest this? Because it's really annoying
to watch an enemy coming in so your wings would clip, but there's still a dozen pixels of black
between your wing and the enemy's when the screen goes to the "you died" screen.
And when you publish a new version, update the version number. You're only at 0.03... you've got
lots of room.

All you have to do is hold the left arrow key and the spacebar. When you hold the left key, the
ship shrinks enough on the side of the screen to avoid touching any ships to the right of it.
Spacebar clears out the ones that are coming head on.

Hrmph. Still too many enemies.
Anyways, a couple more complaints:
* The triangle-pattern background goes over the Score listing, rather than under.
* The player ship "jitters", rather than have a flickering tailflame. It's annoying.
