spoilers:
A) don't kill anyone. keep the sharks away from the kid until the helicopter picks him up.
B) let the kid die to the sharks
C) kill people. then, get killed.
D) dunno lol
E) kill people. Afterwards, kill the raft/sub/plane.

D you get by getting killed by the plane or sub. C you get by getting killed by the mines the
first boat starts dropping. You have to kill someone to get the option for either.
