First five seconds: That dog looks mean. It's keeping its distance, however.
Dog gets tased: The dog was moving away. Why was this necessary?
The dog is making disturbing sounds. It's bothering me. I wish it would stop.
The dog is spinning in circles now. Its incessant cries are beginning to annoy me. It looks
amusing the way it keeps turning.
Dog probably shouldn't have been tased, but it wasn't guarding the house and it was acting
aggressively. Don't really care either way.

the same time he was within his rights do as he did. It is possible the dogs bite could have done
