Nah I kinda like it.
They establish early on that this dude was the maxest of max levels with insane items and shit
because of how huge/strong his guild was.
He now has an entire guild worth of equipment and custom built follower NPC's at his disposal and
so far he's up against early to mid game enemies. Why wouldn't he be OP as shit?
Just kinda wish they'd get on with it in explaining what the fuck is going on. Plus didn't he
briefly mention "guess I won't go to work today while I figure all this out" early on? They've
barely touched up on the IRL portion of the fact that this entire story takes place in a game.

there is no irl portion and he's not in the game, he's in a fantasy world that has been affected
by people getting transferred from YGGDRASIL for some unknown reason. They influenced the world
to the point the the original magic of the world has been almost entirely replaced by YGGDRASIL
magic which is also the reason most of the people there know about the tiers of magic and other
game terms, some of the players even became part of the slane theocracy's religion.
