There used to be much harsher limits on how many threads you can open and what files you can
upload. You couldn't upload the same swf more than once a week, for example. It seems like a lot
of these limits have been removed sometime in the last few months. Why?

it used to be like this:
you could post 4 flashes per IP
you could repost the same flash only after 4 days
now it's:
2 flashes per IP
and 1 (one) day repost delay
and it's been like this for like a year?
