unholy union of swf and video
input: rasterized 640x360 video @ 29fps, 128kbps audio
output: vectorized swf @ 10fps, 128kbps audio
I might be able to get it to encode a limited number of colors, and maybe get the file size down
with lower settings. The state of the program that does this is currently very crude, so no
releases for now.
Inspired by SWFAnts's ImageToVectorToFlash.

Dang. Even at the level where important details are being lost, I can only get the size down to 1/3
of this one. If I'm calculating correctly, it would take 40-50MB to do a full episode with no audio
or color.
Not good enough to replace embedded videos, sadly.
