I would be able to get started on a flash animation in a few months, I know a few things about
animation on paper, unsure about digital animation, but apparently it is easier from what I've
heard of.
Would I just use flash? As much as I know about manual inked animation, I don't know much about
digital animation, if someone could give me the ropes, then I'd be able to at least give a preview.

Download Adobe Flash CS6 (or later but CS6 is a good version).
Create keyframes on the timeline, draw on each keyframe. You can create "classic tweens" between
keyframes to make flash interpolate between positions (can also morph shapes but that's a bit
trickier).
When done export .swf and upload here... I don't really now what to tell you exactly, if you've
never used flash before it's a pretty big project to tell you all there is.

The OP's flash is so low-res it's unwatchable. I'm sure this gets more low res and it's just a lone
pixel changing colors.

I can tell you that, as a user with no Flash experience, it took me a whole day to make a looping
audio over 2 different images .swf with an intro motion tween and a single actionscript button.
I guess it would take some time to do a full sketch animation. But it all depends on how good/fast
you can actually draw on a computer.

Artist was "Natis_01". He probably stopped because it required a lot of work and his real life
probably got in the way.

First I thought he had somehow changed his mind and was trying to "become clean" of his past. But
then I check that other blog and he posted a very well-drawn loli sketch as recently as September
13, 2015... Why limit his commissions so strongly when people know how good loli porn he draws?
Legal reasons? If so why connect his real identity with both the clean blog and the loli porn blog?
He is using the same Google Plus account for both...

After finding out that he actually is going to prison I can understand it. Everybody that he has
ever known IRL probably already know that he is attracted tp kids now and this way he can at least
try to get his story out there to those who might care and maybe teach someone else a thing or two.
He wrote he was ready to kill himself a while back, since he is losing his freedom now he needs
more of a reason to stay alive. Blogging about his troubles and being as open as possible about
everything is probably a good thing to do when you have nothing to lose.
