No, its definitely broken. Try submitting your artwork to the contests and the only art style
they will accept is from the first era of the game.
Then of course there is a bunch of different mediums and the like you can't even use because they
aren't implemented.
And if that is all somehow fixed playing it on the actual site then at the very least you should
tell people so they don't waste their time trying to play through and finding out there is no
advantage to experimenting in later eras.

This is half true. For some odd reason, it stops accepting submissions after an unspecified
amount. Maybe there is a reason for this, maybe it's an oversight. However, it will accept
submissions from later on.
Incorrect. All of those mediums are implemented. You just have to unlock them by earning enough
cash.
