And I'm just past half way through DRAFTING. Now read that again and think of all the animators on youtube people get annoyed at because they don't upload for 6 months and it will all make sense. But to answer your question, no it's not very hard, much easier than 3D rigging and animation, very fun too if you know what you're doing.
