  I was gonna post this in the Spider Dance thread, but it 404'd, so I'll post it here.

  I think restricting the stats/resource management aspects was a good decision. I think anything
  more complex in terms of stats, health, or equips would have been a mistake. I wish there was
  more genuinely challenging action and more of sans's UI-busting tactics, especially in the
  non-genocide parts.

  I know a lot of the game is built to be accessible to bad players, but even an option to fight a
  legit or interesting neutral/pacifist boss would have been nice. Flowey hardcrashing to desktop
  was nice, but I wish there was more.

  Maybe a pacifist hard mode boss fight against Chara? I'd fucking kill to have switching between
  fullscreen and windowed mode be a part of the fight.

  A Chara fight would pretty much go against the point he was trying to make with a Genocide run,
  though it would be fun. It's more likely the Toby fight is going to be patched in soon. My guess,
  it'll basically be an IWBTG boss with counterintuitive moves and no turns to give players a break.

  canonically. 'Winning' could still end with a feel-bad end like pacifist-post-genocide, and the
  future refused to change. Alternatively, if you've never done a genocide, it could resolve to a
  more complete victory, story-wise, and rescue Asriel's soul from the infinite abyss or something.
