called The Cockpit. The anime in question is called the cockpit a 30 minute long short film
released in 1993,written and directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri, Takashi Imanishi and Ryousuke
Takahashi.

Honestly even with the new targeting systems we got from the British, it would've been hard even

Overall Downfall by Richard Frank is a good book to read on the subject of the late war in the
Pacific and the final plans for the destruction of Japan. It cover alot of things.. reason for
firebombing in Japan, Japanese political manuvering with the Russians. Intel collected by both
the Japanese and the Americans, the defense and offensive plans for the invasion, bickering
between the different services about the right methods. I highly recommend it.
