Yet on the otherside of the pond, the UK is one of the best, and it is "free" of direct payment
for a lot of medical treatments.

They have already destroyed the NHS in England and Wales, when their changes went in to effect a
few years back, several hospitals declared emergencies. Great job guys, you did a good job there.
Expenses through the room, waiting times through the roof, people DYING in corridors. (probably
on purpose!)
Scotland blocked it, luckily. Not only that, they spend way less than England and Wales per
person in their version of the NHS, despite having more staff roles!
America is 10 kinds of fucked at the national scale.
