This is why Team Four Star gets so many viewers. Most fan-dubs fucking suck, bad, and the people
making them have no talent for anything. They don't practice their voices. They don't get good
microphones. They don't have animators to do proper lip flaps or make sure the characters'
expressions match their dialog. They just suck at dubbing.
And this is no exception.
