  This won't help you get gud at fps, especially not scouting just look up a video on how to play

  There are certain training groupings that can simulate situations. Yes while looking up how to
  play scout right may be fine, this is for whatever you make of it.

  I personally like it for reaction time and shooting moving targets. It may not translate directly
  but getting that muscle memory down helps
