Yeah that's never gonna happen.
The current (outdated, not followed) rules are that all content has to be related to Japan in
some way so making /f/ non-anime isn't gonna happen and they won't split up such a short board.
I was more thinking that flashes that are just flv/mp4 embedded into an swf (such as OP's)
wouldn't be allowed as that sort of content has a home on /wsg/.
