FASTFIRE - shoot faster
POINTER - later sight added
MOREAMMO - unlimited ammunition

Also, if you want to cheat without using cheat codes, minimize the window so you can draw quicker.

I'm using a Mac OS.
Right clicking doesn't pause the game if that's what you're getting at.
