Most rapes are committed by people known to the victim and in some cases they may not have the ability to consent - in the event that they're drunk or incapacitated, which reflects both on the judgement of the women that allowed herself to be in that situation, but also on the man (or woman) for taking advantage of that situation. Rape culture is just as reactionary as the man in the video, neither side really understands or even seeks to seek better treatment and diagnosis of rape, but to further their own agendas politically and academically

Rape is a well known female fantasy, and one of the top 10 on a survey. It's as traumatic as when one of your sexual fantasies come true (that is to say unless your partner or you get pregnant/catch an STD). Rape is not a problem, it never will be especially now since if you're labeled a rapist you and everyone near you will know you are a sex offender and no one will respect you. If anything trying to recover as the rapists is the hardest role to take, since that guilt will legally follow you until you die and everyone will know of what you did to some poor guy/girl.
