I reccomend just looking through the documentation for SwfH264 though as that explains everything
pretty well.
Then just fiddle with it untill you get desired effect.
You're better off learning to make flv's in actual flash though, will yield more than just
getting to know some stupid program that allows you to convert youtube videos to flash w/ shitty
quality cus 10mb limit and swfh264 isnt really lightweight I guess
