I think the Civil War should stand as a striking lesson that in every conflict you have two sides
of people who are unalterably convinced of the righteousness of their position.
It makes me apprehensive that another great war could happen. It is inevitable that there will be
two opposing powers who will be able to convince their people of the necessity and worthiness of

I tend to find most people believe that there are definitive 'good' and 'bad' sides to conflicts,
especially since WW2 is so prominent in the public consciousness.

Federals GOOD
