Look up MowtenDoo.
He made a lot of MAD content and has experience in motion/video editing/graphic art etc.
He had heaps of gachimuchi videos uploaded to YouTube but a lot had been removed.
I'm sure you can find his videos on nicovideo or elsewhere.
