I used DXM for 3 years. Sometimes daily, every other day. Other times every weekend or day off.
I'm talking thousands of dollars in cough syrup. And much more than that for free.

I chugged some once, the way I felt I would describe as robotic, there was a feeling of
predeterminacy to every movement I made. I didn't like it. If I were to commit to a higher dose
and check out all this plateau bullshit is all that worth it? My impression is that it's a shit
drug for people who can't get any of the cool drugs.

DXM is unique. It is a very fickle mistress. It is an amazing experience for psychonauts.
The way I've felt on it is so hard to describe. The best trips imaginable. Never had a bad trip.
Of course it has its limits and it causes brain damage when you redose too much. Also the trips
stop happening after a while. "50 trip limit" and all that. I love this video because well,
sometimes the visuals are just like that.
Distortions of reality, feeling like a fucking god. Remaining inexhaustible. Understanding
empathy to the deepest degree. Feeling calm. Resonating with life and all its experiences.
Worth it. Would ruin my body again if I didn't become horribly allergic to it. Also I overdosed a
few times. Mixed it with amphetamines yes I know I'm stupid. Think I have spinal cord damage.
