Look at our own species, we have been at the point where many of us are not procreating as much as we used to. Also some people do not even want to be a part of society and will not pass on any part of themselves before they die. If we didn't have this process, then the species would die out due to never ending conflict caused by an increase in numbers of those not agreeing with the majority. In the animal kingdom, if they don't fit in, they end their own life. The human race struggles with this aspect, so we are more likely to end our own species. >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)16:58:41 No.2960961 >>2960947 >so we are more likely to end our own species that's not how it works >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)17:07:47 No.2960972 >>2960961 It's called a behavioral sink based on social breakdown concepts. You'd have to look up all the experimental documents to learn about it. It's not something that is taught due to people being too deluded believing humanity is a master race. It really isn't the case - we're far more likely to kill each other for selfish reasons rather than kill ourselves for selfless reasons. >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)17:09:53 No.2960975 >>2960972 Yeah, I don't doubt that. That's really what I was getting at in the initial post. >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)17:32:11 No.2960997 >tfw want to follow ahead of him and leave food and clear the way of any hazards >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)17:39:06 No.2961003 He just wanted to see what was behind the mountains. When there are problems in the physical world, every creature will look to unexplored horizons. >>2961003 Yeah, honestly. It can also be described as trying survival strategies that have very high risk and high reward. Humans that were stuck in overpopulated areas left and crossed the Bering land bridge into the Americas, and canoed out to find Hawaii. And humans who had no purpose like Siddhartha Gautama instead found a purpose, creating a system of spiritual understanding that has helped millions of people for millennia. >> [_] Anonymous 11/25/15(Wed)18:43:54 No.2961049 I want Werner Herzog to narrate my life, but in a way, he already did. |
