You probably just viewed a locally cached version of the flash. Or the site/server/CDN where the
flashes get uploaded to on /f/ still had that flash on it (cached or not, idk) and it conflicted
briefly.
Next time your tin foil hat mode goes on try Ctrl + F5 when viewing the flash directly or
download Ccleaner to clean up your browser cache (and free up some space on your computer)
