In either case, it is not good for those who sleep on their side, as you can hear it is louder in one ear versus the other. This also applies if you lay flat on your back/stomach (hopefully not on your stomach) and your speakers are positioned on a nightstand to one side of you. Even if you fall asleep wearing headphones, laying on your back, there is still a pretty good chance you could roll over in your sleep and have you uncomfortable headphones pressing into your ear and/or the side of your head, potentially damaging the headphones while also disturbing your sleep. If the music also continues playing during the sleep cycle, there is a chance it could wake you up, the same way any abnormal sound can. Overall, it is better to fall asleep without music in a room with as consistent and low volumed noise as possible. I agree with >>3005431 the harp is not particularly bothersome, but when the music box chime-like sound comes in, it is definitely a lot more exciting, even if the overall tone of the track is calm and peaceful. >> [_] Anonymous 01/22/16(Fri)22:10:51 No.3005455 >>3005448 I lay on my back and play >>3005290 by the time it's repeated a few times I'm drifting off. makes me think of stars twinkling, reflected in a lazy river filled with sleeping fish >> [_] Anonymous 01/22/16(Fri)22:12:18 No.3005456 >>3005448 I used to fall asleep with my old fashioned am radio on for 2 years it kept the voices in my head that doubt my life choices away |
