It works because it only uses one flash file. JSK stuff often has the sex scenes as separate files
from the main flash.

if you do a google there's a torrent with a whole collection of translated and uncensored JSK
games, including a couple of hacks like this.
I found it a while ago and it has everything that's on swfchan, plus fixed versions of the ones
that dont work.

Actually, the ULMF page is locked since JSK hasn't been seen in 2yrs.+ I think the DL links on the
ULMF page still work, and it is the holy grail of English JSK and the source of functionally all
the English translations of JSK's works (supposedly the next one was to be father-daughter), but
there hasn't been anything useful posted in years.
