I put together the one that >>3018520 posted because someone else tried it with h264 and it

Problem with SwfH264 is only a handful of people know how to properly encode video. If I had done
just this segment it would have looked pretty good desu.

script that comes with is not one size fits all.
Also people will bitch about the preloader if its not 10/10 quality. Tbh you need a good reason

I agree that is better, but 2 pass is best used if you have a target file size in mind. Say you
want an 8MB file, you figure out your bitrate by dividing your target file size by your duration,
subtract your audio bitrate and encode.
The cropping isn't always necessary and the framerate adjustment isn't always necessary. But you
have to know how to know when that is necessary.
Still best to just git gud or not at all.
