In terms of historical accuracy:
- The Indians (and the Caribbean islands called the West Indies) were in fact named that way
because they were mistaken for India, so that's true.
- Hunter-Gatherer societies in the Americas per-colonization did have significantly more leisure
time and (theoretically) more recreational sex than Europeans at the time, so point holds some
ground.
- However, Americans did engage in wars, with varying degrees of brutality. Military technology
in the Americas (most notably the absence of horses) greatly reduced the scale of conflict
relative to Europe.
- Native Americans were not all hunter gatherers. Native Americans did farm throughout the
Americas, and prior to colonization, feudal empires had formed in South and Meso-America, with
permanent settlements and trading villages being established in North America (modern US). In
suggesting that these things didn't happen, the video is entirely incorrect.

Not to mention they enslaved each other plenty. To the point that native tribes enslaved
previously would utilize Europeans to help enact revenge against other tribes.
The vast amount of land would have negated even the need to further some technological advances
like metal working in some parts of the Americas. Even though you have raw ore (and the means to
extract it) that one could just pick off the ground with no need to dig it out.

Part of the reason this comparison is made is because people assume that technology and moral
development have a moderating effect on violent tendencies. Because the technological gap between
the colonists and the Native Americans was so huge, and because the colonists are well recorded
in claiming moral superiority and 'benevolent' intent while colonizing these areas, it is
believed that the colonists should be held to a higher moral standard.

Slavery and sacrifice occurred in the Americas pre-colonization, but it is very important to
distinguish between native American slavery and the chattel slavery of the US south that
developed, or the Indies/ South American plantation and mine slavery. All were slavery but they
were distinct in methodology and how they shaped the societies they were in.
On the whole, on thing people tend to leave out when they discuss the colonization of the
Americas is that the conquest of the continent by European powers after contact was pretty much
inevitable. The diseases that spread to the Americas in the Colombian exchange would go on to
wipe out up to 90% of the population of most native Americans. Even political unity among former
enemies and the quick adoption of firearms and horse riding were unable to prevent the
subjugation of native American tribes after such a catastrophe.
