I always wondered who made these and what happened to them. Anyone have any idea? >> Anonymous 2mar2016(we)10:44 No.29411 B P3R2 >>29408 Looks like it was made during the flash boom on the Internet, 2000-2005. Yep, says 2001 there at the end. A lot of flashes were made then by people trying to figure out how to make money online. The web was new and exciting but far too many stopped making flashes when they noticed that people didn't really spend money on them, or when ad money dried up from there being too much competition and too many webmasters stealing their work. Hard Core Toons probably went out like the rest, not enough money to keep it interesting. It's a shame really, there was a lot great content produced before YouTube came along with an actual way to make a proper amount of money. Sure the animations were a bit crude most of the time but you could tell that the artists put heart into their stuff most of the time, with such things as actual stories or original ideas. Take this flash for example, the art is good enough and considering how simple it is (just some guy shooting cum) there should be a million of these produced every year. Nope, people just aren't interested in making them any more. |
