It's very tempting to think like that, but if you take a look at it with decompiler, you will see
the innards.
I recommend JPEXS and AS3 Sorcerer. The latter only deals with AS3 code.

Should work.
The swf originally had a domain check in the constructor that only made it work on pixlr site.
Also, changed the security attribute for network access to offline mode so file browser can work.
