im an American... let them figure out their own problems.
My ancestors and the founding fathers didn't have someone helping them through awful diseases and
giving them food and money.
They built a great country through death, sacrifice and hard work. They discovered cures for
polio and many other diseases that ravaged and killed countless Americans in the past.
Africa has a huge population.
Can't they create some great scientists like we did in the past? Not my problem...

On an added note though : I do think we should have found the cure for HIV & AIDS by now.
I think its a horrible disease and it does effect people around the world.
The fact that scientists can't cure it just shows that modern day scientists are lazy, fat and
weak compared to old ones.
Einstein would have solved that shit in a week.

there's no cure for shit like the common cold, which has existed as long as man has, because some
shit just isn't 'curable' through traditional means. Maybe in the far future we'll have ways of
treating disease like using nano materials or gene therapy but some shit is fundamentally
uncurable (or has a very, very low chance of being cured even with treatment) once you catch it.
