No, but if you stand in any level and press the numbers 1 9 0 you will unlock cheat mode, and from
there you can just go into the gallery and unlock it all.

Yeah, he converted the entire game from AS2 to AS3 and is currently on a "Bug Chasing Race". Here's
a link to the forum where you can play/track the latest updates if you're interested in the game.
You can also play the AS2 version here which works way better.
