ok so my first thoughts
#1. Are these all actors? Because I would bet they are which invalidates the whole thing
#2. How big is Brussells and what areas are the phones in? Even the shittiest countries usually
have a nice area or two perhaps where the wealthier citizens live or where the tourist capital
is... you know? So if there are a bunch of bad neighborhoods and you put phones in the 2-3 tiny
little nice pockets that is again misleading.
