It wasn't because they were brothers, it was because they still acted like brothers since ep 1, yeah sure, we had the false date episode, but even there, they never actually got a romantic moment together, the other problem was that the other waifus, they loved the main character more than the main girl, they were more likeable, and instead of just sex, they actually showed a good path with him, and in the end, everybody raged, because nobody wanted the main girl, because she was a unlikable piece of shit compared to all the other superior waifus
