I don't know why your flash file gets so zoomed in if you say it works fine before you upload it. Try downloading it from swfchan and open it locally on your computer just as you would open the original file, is it still zoomed in? If not the issue is probably that your own non-browser flash player is somehow displaying the broken swf file correctly.
