Not from the VN, but from the recent UFOtable anime adaption, with the epilogue penned by Nasu.
It also has El Melloi II in it (Aka grown up Waver), so definitely worth seeing

Yes, it's pretty much a 1:1 adaption of the UBW route from the VN, and it's done REALLY well.

Basically the same, but more flashbacks that Shirou has. The ending is the same, but an extra
Epilogue was added, showing what happened after the Rin True End.

It's not, it's actually a really good adaptation. More on par with the Fate/Zero adaptation than
the UBW movie. And it's done by UFOtable, not DEEN, which helps a ton.

One nice thing is; it's almost made for a special "Anime only" viewing order of FSN, where you
watch Fate/Zero and then UBW the show, and UBW the show references Fate/Zero pretty well, expands
on Kiritsugu more than the VN did.
