and yeah, it really feels to me like it's set up so that you go in expecting a really
pretentious, 'artsy' game and then just get flat-out horror.
it's a really simple concept, possibly inspired by the fact that sometimes people actually can
wind up with parasitic internal 'twins' that remain as basically just little vestigial lumps
inside their siblings after birth.
If I remember right though, the internal fetus-parasite thing is called 'foetus in fetu' and the
term 'parasitic twin' refers to something else.
