Apparently digging around online your boss is supposed to send you to her after allowing you to
negotiate VIP customers (riley being one of those) The VIP customer line involves you buying a
silky tie apparently but that doesn't trigger anything in the game, possibly the VIP property sales
thing was hacked to be activated already.

Yeah, normally after talking to the boss, an option appears under "Read her papers" that triggers
meeting the other girl so you can talk to her, but it's not there in the hack.
It's not honestly that hard to just get her in the normal version of the game, though.
