  Search eBay for your PS3 model number and "blu-ray drive" and order a compatible replacement.
  Then search Youtube for a tutorial on replacing it. It's not that hard.

  Yes, be very careful with ribbon cables. I tore mine on my Wii when I was replacing the disk
  drive and I still haven't gotten around to ordering a replacement.
