This is basically what I could make of it so far. . . Every couple of seconds a icon appears in the
table at the bottom. If all boxes fill up and are not used you lose 500 points per icon that
appears. You need to use the icons (will call them buffs) to maximize your points. There are two
types of bombs. The bomb with 2 jap characters will delete your activated buffs. The bomb with 3
chars will clear all the icons that are on your table. The oil icons with numbers should be used
with one of the % icons (50,100,200,300) this will maximize your points.
Yet the only thing I don't know why is that once I hit 3000 [According to the goal] It subtracts
-3000, Forcing me to restart. Can someone make sense of this?

The goal in this game is to arouse her to the point where she comes. The three options you're given
prior to the start, are the difficulty levels (on highest difficulty--last option--you receive a
hitachi on reaching the required points whereas on lowest difficulty--second option--you are able
to rub her pussy with the rag.) The first option let's you test-run the game--no pressure, but no
rewards either.
The bar on the left shows how much time you have left to earn points; however, you can only earn
points after activating the bonus item showing the full-circle arrow. This turns the bar on the
left a light red. Now, you can use the "speed down," "left arrow," "percentile," and "droplet"
bonuses (the former, as the name implies, giving you a percentage-based point bonus, and the
latter, I believe, reduces delays between point yields.) Other bonuses, such as speed up, may
impede your progress; bombs clear your item bar, which can be useful to avoid the 500-point malus
for excess bonuses. The "eye" bonus item, as far as I can tell, lets you read her thoughts, which
would be great if I were able to read moon runes.
After reaching the required points, you'll receive a "moon-rune" bonus item (don't worry, you'll
notice it.) Once activated, you're able to stimulate her vagina, which fills the corresponding bar
on the right. However, take note that all other mechanisms are still in play at that point.
To be honest, I found this game to be quite excruciating and even cramp-inducing particularly on
the higher difficulty levels. Good luck.

The red full-circle arrow isn't wholly necessary. It's just that without it, you need to rub her in
a particular way. It's either up/down or left/right on the left or right cheek, and it changes
randomly every time the bar on the left resets.
The blue full-circle seems to make everything you do lose points, though.

You're right, anon, and I think she also tells you how exactly she wants to be treated, but without
the ability to understand moon runes, I found it much easier to just wait for said bonus. Though,
on higher difficulties, this "strategy" backfires more often than not.
Also, if y'all are not too proud to consider cheating, you can use cheat engine or similar, rack up
a few points in trial mode, look for the value in 4-byte until you're left with just two, go back
to a higher difficulty, and change the two entries to a high value. Enjoy.

Yeah, after awhile even though I got the red circle I just couldn't gain points no matter what.
Unless this is ever translated (unlikely) it's really not worth the effort.
