If you thought this was fun, its basically a shorter version of a game called knytt and knytt
stories.
I believe the latter is on steam, but both games were freeware with pixel graphics several years
ago and had exactly the same concept; you expore and gain basic abilities like further jumping
while calm music plays and the environment shifts.

Using the arrow keys to move is perfectly fine, but why isn't space or z to jump?

I've had this game saved on my pc for so long now wanting to play it but for some reason the
arrow keys are bugged when I try to play any flash game and the few results I got from googling

the timed jumping gave me the rage of being 10 again and playing megaman X for the first time,
