First some background, those are kids in Saudi Arabia - a land where there's very strict any drug
laws. like 5 years for holding weed, they even have a prison sentence for citizens with alcohol.
so people use strange alternatives to get high.
Now for the story, those two kids were in the car, windows closed and filled it with some gas to
get high off it. the gas was flammable but that didn't stop the retard from lighting a cig and
the entire car caught fire. the car catching fire scared a some wild monkeys which started
screaming and roaring as they flee.

Basically two Saudi teens with more money than sense were getting high by huffing butane in the
enclosed cab of their car. This is because Saudi Arabia's drug laws make the US's look
reasonable. Just smelling like pot can land you in the slammer for 5 years.
However, one bright spark decided to light a cigarette in a car filled with Butane. The reason
their hair caught fire was because there was such a ridiculous amount of cheap hairspray in it
