If you're talking to people who deny the obvious, then I'm pretty sure you need better friends.

Honestly, is there even a single person that believe plants doesn't move?

Neat! But could you talk of the time interval between frames?

Flat earthers maybe.

the "plants don't move" was a tongue-in-cheek for me, as many people consider plants dead-ish in
comparison with animals, just because the metabolic rate of most plants is much lower than that of
animals; some even consider eating animals "bad", but eating plants "good" for a reason unbeknownst
to me.

Even plants have to "eat", i.e. consume matter to grow (not only CO2/O2/H2O, but also many minerals
and trace elements, NPK being those needed the most) - for me, it's about reducing the negative
impact of one's feeding on the environment, not about abstaining from meat, plants or whatever.

My point was, plants are alive just like animals - their electrolytic channels act exactly like a
human nervous system, their veins distribute nutrients and remove metabolic waste just like our
blood, and they are able to move, just not as fast and not as freely as animals. They don't have a
central brain, true - but that only prevents cognition, not the ability to feel and react.

it was about 10-15 minutes between each transition.

Of course it would look much better if I did more frames and made it more fluent, but the entire
"movie" was done "in the meantime", i.e. just to document how fast would the plants get in shape
from dehydration after proper watering.

BTW, for some reason (I hope I'm not the only one), dehydrated plants look "sad" to me the very
same way a hungry person does... and they certainly seem to "get happier" after they get taken care
of.

Did you know that some plants when put tightly together with other plants of the same species will
grow so they move their leafs away from each other in order not to block sun light from reaching
their kin? Meanwhile if the same plant is put tightly together with other types of plants it don't
give a damn to move its leafs and will block sun light from reaching their neighbours.

If that isn't some IRL magic I dunno what is.
