All you have to do to win is to find a peninsula and just turtle until you have enough pieces to
make a strong push. Also, don't attack unless you have 2 more dice pieces than your opponent in
the early game. In mid game, you can take more risks, and once you control 90% of the continent,
risks don't matter and you can literally try to take on 5 dice with 2 without any worries.

google could have, i dunno, stopped serving flash ads instead of bashing the actual format (there
isnt anything like flash out there).
apple served to be the biggest nail in the coffin though, because who would pay for the games you
can get for free? flash had the same games in 2005 for free that we now have to pay for in 2015
feels like it's basically just us guys on /f/ and swfchan plus various porn artists that care for
the format nowadays
sad thing is that flash is used a lot but they just export to video now and upload it to youtube
for the dollas.
why support interactive vector animations that support scripts at 1 MiB when you could serve a
300 MiB 1080p static video file instead
in an alternative timeline flash thrives since youtube allowed swf files from the beginning and
just parse harmful code out of them. sigh.

The Flash format was hatched in an era of naive security and when ActiveX and its ilk were king.
Adobe did a good job of making a portable animated, interactive, vector-driven media format, and
a terrible job of sandboxing and making it secure. Flash, as Adobe imagined it, has a terrible
time keeping up with modern security concerns and architectural function. That being said, true,
there is nothing else like it, save for HTML5, but the similarity is only in the end result that
the user sees, not in how it's authored or delivered.
