That's because it's either a bug or the notification about the size wasn't changed. If you try to
post anything from 1024kb to over 9mb you get "413 Request Entity Too Large" error.
The thing about the youtube rips is that they change it to the maximum filesize, so changing it
won't stop the rips, only change their size.

This happened during the server downtime on the 11th, either some jap fuckup, or the russkies
that haxxed the server broke something.
Either way, after days of moaning about it, nothing's been done.

not true, tons of good stuff that's not YT rips is over 9MB.
We still had shitty rips and zeitfaggotry when the limit was 7MB.
