I mean seriously, if I was going to write this kind of shit, and not saying I ever would, I would
use a lot more tension, maybe have the girl be clothed walking up to the tree, maybe have her
check around to make sure nobody's looking, she's still insecure, and knows what people would
think if they saw her doing this, and what would people think etc...
I'd also refrain from saying "the girl couldn't control herself!" over and over again. How the
fuck does the narrator know what's going on in the girl's head? Maybe she's forcing herself to do
this, thinking it's some kind of trial to gain some kind of absolution. Maybe she's reenacting
painful memories, trying to face them so they don't haunt her.
