Pretty sure to advance floors you beat all skeletons on that floor, but I just cleared everything off all the floors I could. On second floor clearing I got Collar B which you put on eyepatch girl to raise power and get the bj scene, clearing floor 3 got Collar A for the elf for another power boost and a pissing scene with eyepatch girl. Collar A on the elf also prevents her from using the healing move in battle. And floor 4 I've cleared all the rooms except the room on the right on the last moon phase. The skeleton in there is impossible as far as I can tell. Even getting 4 or 5 of the criticals in one turn barely dents his health, and getting no criticals means you did no damage. All while he can hit you for about 1/4 - 1/3 or even 1/2 your health.

I did perfect 10 critical each time and it only takes about 1/6 off of the skeleton's health per turn. It has 1/6 of its health left on my best runs. But, the skeleton also seems to have a range of damage he can do to you. Maybe it's possible to win if you're lucky enough to only be hit by the lowest amount each turn. I wasn't paying too much attention to my health on those runs to see.
